Service Information

  • Send you a proposal of service and quote of our fees, administrative paperwork for you to sign in advance of our meeting;
  • Arrange a meeting at our office or remotely to discuss your LPA requirements and advise you accordingly;
  • Following our meeting, and once final instructions have been received, to then provide you with a summary of information for your approval;
  • Once the summary of information is approved to then arrange a subsequent meeting with you to sign the LPA(s);
  • To then arrange for attorneys to sign the LPA(s);
  • Once all parties have signed to arrange the registration of the LPA(s) with the Office of the Public Guardian and deal with any queries raised;
  • Once the registered LPA(s) is received, to arrange safe storage of the LPA(s) on your behalf or otherwise return it to you for safekeeping.
