Experienced Wills, LPA & Probate Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Private Client Specialist (Solicitor, CILEX, or CLC Licensed) to join our leading, specialist Alternative Business Structure (ABS) firm.

Unlike general practices, we specialise exclusively in this field. Your days will be dedicated strictly to high-quality wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs), and managing both simple and complex probate and estate administration.

Job Overview

• Role: Experienced Wills, LPA & Probate Specialist
• Location: Weybridge office
• Structure: Specialist Alternative Business Structure (ABS)
• Focus: 100% dedicated to lifetime planning and estate management

Key Responsibilities

• Draft bespoke, simple and complex wills and asset protection strategies for diverse and high-net-worth clients.
• Advise on, prepare, and register Lasting Powers of Attorney (Property & Financial Affairs and Health & Welfare), including complex business LPAs.
• Manage a caseload of intricate probate, estate administration, and specialist intestacy matters.
• Collaborate with internal multidisciplinary experts to deliver holistic lifetime planning and estate solutions.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor, CILEX, or Licensed Practitioner with deep specialist private client experience (5+ years PQE).
• Advanced technical expertise across complex wills, LPA drafting, probate, and inheritance tax planning.
• Passion for specialising exclusively in lifetime planning and estate administration within a forward-thinking business structure.
• Empathetic, expert-level communication skills for sensitive client matters.
